Jeff is the co-founder and chief executive officer at Scalable Risk Solutions. Over his 22–year professional career, Jeff has served in an executive capacity for start-ups as well as multibillion-dollar global companies. He has held leadership roles in operations, marketing, product development and sales.
From 2014–2017, Jeff reported to the executive team at BELFOR Property Restoration and was tasked with developing new sales and marketing strategies in the United States that enhanced efficiencies and improved the overall growth of the company. Global revenues grew $200 million and surpassed $1 billion in North America for the first time.
Jeff also sat on the first technology advisory committee and assisted in major technology upgrades along with helping the CAT team in deploying new technology to help manage client assets and resources during Hurricanes Matthew, Harvey, Irma and Maria, and the California wildfires. From 2010–2014, Jeff served as an executive for the nonprofit organization, Club Management Association of America, where he was responsible for developing, launching and managing the insurance program, club retirement 401(k) MEP, CMAA University, loss prevention and continuity planning for the private club industry. From 1996–2010, Jeff served as an insurance professional and entrepreneur, doing business in 50 states with offices in Colorado, Oklahoma and Florida.
Jeff has also been a guest speaker on various risk management topics and was instrumental in delivering related online education to the club industry. While pursuing a degree in business, Jeff played basketball at DeSales University and the University of North Florida. In his spare time, Jeff enjoys golf, skiing and traveling. He resides in Denver, Colorado, with his wife, Amy, and their two children, Jack and Claire.
David is the co-founder and chief sales officer of Scalable Risk Solutions and an experienced entrepreneur and business leader in the Baltimore area. From 2013– 2018, he was the president of DUCTZ International, the country’s leading provider of HVAC restoration, air duct and dryer vent cleaning services. In that role, David oversaw more than 60 franchisees and 117 territories throughout the United States and was responsible for all operations and management of the DUCTZ brand. His knowledge and enthusiasm has led the DUCTZ brand in rapid financial and unit growth. Prior to being recruited to lead DUCTZ, David was a DUCTZ franchise owner in Maryland, where he achieved record growth for the small business. Previously, David held executive sales positions with Stryker Spine and Boland Trane Services. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, where he received a full scholarship and played four years of collegiate lacrosse, including two years as team captain.
David enjoys sports, is an avid golfer and likes to travel with his family. He is married with two children and resides in Lutherville, Maryland.
Craig is the interim chief financial officer at Scalable Risk Solutions. He’s also currently the director of transaction advisory services and acting CFO for the boutique consulting firm, Global Golf Advisors Inc., where he specializes in valuing golf-related assets around the world and advising clients on both sourcing and executing mergers and acquisitions. In addition, Craig is an advisor to several start-up companies around strategy, finance and raising capital.
Adrian is the chief marketing officer of Scalable Risk Solutions. He began his career in film production as a writer/director for several award-winning films. He mentored under the late film Director, John Hughes, and eventually went on to run his own production company producing movies, TV shows, commercials, music videos and digital marketing content for brands as diverse as Paramount Pictures International, Red Bull, Universal Music Group, McCann Erickson and the US Army.
Chris serves as advisor to Scalable Risk Solutions. With twenty years of experience in early stage investing (both angel and institutional venture capital) and entrepreneurship, he has realized $250 million in technology investments in more than 200 early/growth stage companies, including Ping Identity, Datalogix, Auctionpay, Tendril and Wazee Digital (T3 Media) through four institutional venture funds. He is actively making new investments in early stage technology companies. Chris also serves as a board member or advisor to many organizations including Foodmaven, Vinyl Me Please, Artifact Uprising, FieldTek and the Rocky Mountain Venture Capital Association.
In 2012, Chris cofounded Galvanize and served as a senior executive (COO/CFO) through the $45 million series B financing led by ABS Capital. He resides in the Denver, Colorado, metro area.
Michael D. Carli is the President of All Seasons Adjusting, Inc., a premier flood adjusting company; and the President of In Focus Reviews; an outside examination company that audits flood claim files. Michael brings over 28 years of insurance industry experience to the SRS board.
At All Seasons Adjusting, Michael works with a team of NFIP Certified Flood Adjusters in the processing of NFIP and Excess Flood claims. His position "as coach" is to encourage the team members to "lead by example" in the professional adjustment of flood claims and ensure that their work product exceeds ASA, TPA, WYO and NFIP expectations.
Michael is also currently the Chair for the "Certified Flood General Adjuster (CFGA). The Certified Flood General Adjuster (CFGA) designation is awarded to individuals who adhere to the SCGA mission statement, NFIP standards and WYO expectations relative to the adjustment of flood claims. Upon earning the CFGA designation, that person will be recognized as a leader in the adjustment of flood claims.
Ralph Petti was a Managing Principal of Continuity Dynamics, Inc., a risk management firm providing solutions in the areas of Business Process Management, Business Continuity, Governance, HR, Risk, Compliance, Messaging and Business Operations. Ralph focuses on Healthcare/Life Sciences/Medical, HR, Finance, Engineering, Retail. He also holds professional licenses in Insurance and Real Estate. Ralph has been featured on FOX Business News, Comcast TV, and Cox Cable TV, among others.
Ralph was selected for Project PREPARE by the International Medical Corps as he conducted Pandemic Planning in The Republic of Indonesia and The Republic of the Philippines. Ralph keynoted at the HSBC Economic Summit in Mexico City and at the Association of Legal Administrators conference in Toronto and has spoken at CDC and Red Cross events regarding public/private sector coordination.
Ralph is the President of the Delaware/South Jersey Association of Continuity Professionals Chapter and is a Risk SME for SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management). He is a four-time winner of the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce Ambassador of the Year Award in 2014-15-16-17 and received citations from the US Congress for his support in the Gulf Region after several major hurricanes.
Andrew has nearly two decades of experience building and leading multi-skilled teams creating valuable technology products. He is a passionate believer in the power of relationships with people and partners and always takes a pragmatic and positive approach.
Matthew is a technical leader and business analyst with nearly two decades of experience in the areas of prototypes, product launches, consulting, public speaking and research. His specialties include mobile, embedded and cloud; voice and conversation platforms.
